Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ Independently responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, analysing job requirements and finalizing candidates. Design and implementation of sourcing strategy.
Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ Should be able to handle all the joining and exit formalities.
Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ Should be able to design the organisation structure keeping in view the future expansion plans.
Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ Ensuring optimum utilization of human resources i.e. manpower planning and deployment.
Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ Should be able to introduce new HR initiatives like linking pay to performance, reward and recognition policy etc.
