- Handling end to end recruitment and selection process.
- Understanding and Developing Job Description and Job Specification of particular vacancy.
- Screening via job portals.
- Preliminary screening/ shortlisting of candidates.
- Conducting interviews - Walk-ins / Telephonic.
- Validating candidates based on their skills sets, CTC, communication skills & notice periods and choosing the right candidate.
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports for management.
- Pre and Post-offer follow ups with candidates to ensure timely joining.
- Prepare offer letter, complete joining formalities, documentations etc.
- HR coordination.
Salary: INR 1,25,000 - 2,75,000 P.A.
